Kitchens have changed in design in the past three decades. There has been an amazing transformations of floor plan choices and most of all a dramatic shift in its purpose as a room. We used to talk about door styles, now we talk about life style. Today's kitchens are the new headquarters of the house. Oh, but don't forget, it is still about the utility, but with a twist. I work to design a space where people can work, play, and come together in a beautiful space!

To me, to come back to the dinning room is like having a board room in the house. Parents at the ends of the table, and the topic is "How was your day?," "What did you do in school?," and if we could get a way with it, annoying one another and watching our parents try not to laugh at it. A comfortable and formal space but fun to be in!

My work with color and unusual patterns and textures is something that makes me stand out as a designer. I like to use patterns like Toils that play well with plaids and masculine stripes with strong English floral.
